Mass Meetings
Attend one of our mass meetings for more information on our recruitment process, to meet our members, and see what MPowered is all about.

Submit an Application
We want to get to know you and why you’re interested in MPowered! This application is one of the most important ways we get to do that. Applications are due September 20th.

Interviews
After you apply, you’ll receive an email asking you to sign up to interview with up to three of our five internal teams. Interviews will be held from Sept 23rd-27th. More detailed instructions will be sent in that email.

Rankings
After all interviews are complete, you’ll rank the teams you interviewed with in order of preference, and they will do the same with all of their potential candidates. We’ll place you on the best possible team for everyone involved.
