eRes is the action-oriented living community for budding entrepreneurs at the University of Michigan.
eRes members, all sophomores or older, reside together in Mosher-Jordan Hall, where these budding entrepreneurs develop their leadership and other skills as they participate in our academic and experiential education programs. With a focus on learning, creation, and innovation, eRes is where leaders are shaped and ideas are born. eRes works to impart the knowledge and skills necessary for our graduates to improve themselves, help their communities, and change the world. The world is a messy place, and there has been no better time for daring innovators and change agents to take the stage.

eRes is currently in its third year (F12-W13), with 12 students living in Mosher-Jordan Hall. eRes is sponsored by the University of Michigan College of Engineering and Center for Entrepreneurship, and was founded and is run by a team within MPowered.

The eRes application form doesn't automatically save your work. The eRes Team recommends you answer questions for the application in a separate text editor and then copy answers over when you are ready to submit.


Housing Details
In order to participate in eRes you must also register for Housing Sign-Up. If you are not accepted to eRes, and still plan on living in the residence halls, you will continue with the normal Housing sign-up process at that time. You should complete the Housing registration sign-up application with the consideration that you may not be accepted to eRes. If you are accepted to eRes, you will receive further information about other Housing sign-up procedures. For more information on Housing sign-up, please see http://www.housing.umich.edu/sign-up
2013 Housing registration sign-up begins January 14th and ends January 23th.


Application Details
Your application must be submitted by January 18th, 2013 at 11:59pm Eastern Time. Individual interviews will be scheduled between January 19th-20th and decisions will be made by Monday, January 21st. We will be looking at the creativity, content, and quality of your submission. Once your application is submitted, you will not be able to email us updates to your application.
